Our Hiring Process for Direct Hires and Temporary-to-Permanent Positions

  • Client Overview

    When it comes to finding the perfect fit for your company, the first step is getting to know you, the client! From your industry to your mission statement, we want to know everything about your business so that we can find the talent best suited to your needs.
  • Search Process

    The next step is to begin looking for potential matches. With our extensive network, we are never at a loss for amazing candidates. We also continuously pull in emerging talent so you have access to the best and the brightest on the market.
  • Intake Process

    Once we find a suitable match, we invite them in for an initial interview. We are able to administer in-house skill assessment tests that are customized to fit each of your needs and any job requirements. We conduct thorough background checks, and also offer drug testing.
  • Formal Interview

    If the candidate proves to be a suitable match, we ask them back for a formal interview to get a better sense of who they are and what they can bring to your company.
  • Client Interview

    After a rigorous screening process, we invite you to personally interview our proposed candidate. No one knows your company better than you and your team, so you will be able to best assess how well they will integrate into your business.
  • Offer Extension

    If you decide to extend an offer to the candidate, we get in touch with them and help finalize the arrangement. Whether you’re looking for a permanent hire or a temporary to permanent hire, we will create customized plan to fit your needs.

    If we think they will be a great fit for your temporary needs, we will send them on assignment to your site. Once the job has been fulfilled, we will inform the employee that the job they were hired for has been completed.
